- Two weeks until the rest of my life...

The table I am sitting at is a mess… It is filled with Larabars, power of attorney forms, books, tax junk, sunglasses, business cards, and an occasional cat or two just for fun. They enjoy walking in front of the screen when I am typing. I think those scurvy dogs know exactly what they are doing.Table.jpg

As a side note…It might be one of the weirdest feelings when at 26 years old to look over your living will... it is quite an eye-opener.

I don’t even know where to begin to update…I work on this machine of an expedition everyday for hours upon hours and still feel  like I am only making minimal progress.  Last night I was up til 2:00 writing e-mails to the newspapers and radio stations in the first couple of cities that I am going to be passing through. It is working little by little. I am optimistic though...

I ran into a little snag when it comes to non-profit status. It won’t stop the expedition but I am sure that it will mean a lot of reading and studying from the trail… You will hear more in the upcoming weeks..as usual it is complicated.

Right now I am leaving on March 8th from North Georgia College and State University. I am flying down to "Hot-lanta" GA. On March 5th and staying with good friends Chris and Marissa Dove. They are also going to be walking the first 3 ½ days of the expedition with me. It will be nothing but good times! Then I am on my own until I meet up with Josh Olson and his fiance'  "Trixie"  at the Fontana Dam at the beginning of the Great Smoky Mountains. We will then be out in the Wilderness for 10 days hiking the Smokies..

Does it get any better than this?     “Life to the Fullest” Daren
